The thinking behind Orchai.

FAQs

What is a partner intelligence platform?

A partner intelligence platform unifies partner data from CRM, support, PRM and LMS systems into one scored record per partner, reads that data for signals, and recommends the next action. A PRM is one layer of Orchai, not the whole product.

What is the Partner Experience Stack (PXS)?

PXS is how Orchai is put together: three layers in one platform. Orchai PRM is where your partners work, with deal registration, shared pipeline, learning, co-marketing, MDF and self-serve support. Orchai Partner Development is where your team runs the program, with health scores, signals, goals, workflows and reporting. Orchai Partner Intelligence sits across both as the agentic layer that reads every signal and plans the next best action. Orchai PXS can be purchased as modules so you do not need to replace the software you already run.

How is Orchai different from a PRM?

A PRM gives partners a place to transact. Orchai does that too, then goes further: it scores every partner across five dimensions, flags risk the day a score crosses its threshold, and recommends the next move. Not another portal nobody logs into: intelligence your team actually acts on.

Does the AI act on its own?

No. Orchai watches, scores and drafts. A person approves the consequential decisions: data changes, goal creation and engagement moves. Orchai watches. You decide. Orchai AI takes action.

Which systems does Orchai integrate with?

CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho. Support: ServiceNow, Zendesk and Freshworks. LMS: Zensai, Moodle and Docebo. Communications: Slack, Microsoft Teams and email.

How is Total Partner Health scored?

Five dimensions: Revenue, Enablement, Engagement, Capability and Growth, weighted to your strategy, scored 0 to 100. Every score is explainable and traceable to its inputs.

Is our data safe?

Orchai is built on AWS with MFA and SSO, and its AI runs on Anthropic Claude via Amazon Bedrock. Your data is never used to train models and never pooled across customers.
